What To Know

The first thing you should do is to call ahead and make an appointment with us to schedule your wedding and book the day that your wedding is going to be held. Next, you should pick out your wedding package and anything else that you want to add on. If you would like to customize your wedding and build your own package, we can help you decide which options would be the best for you. Then, we will show up on your wedding day to shoot the package of your choosing and anything else that you may want on your special day. Quality takes time, so your DVD normally takes four to five weeks for you to get what you chose. If you are unhappy with the way it is laid out, you can tell us within seven days and we can change minor things.  We will not redo the entire DVD for you. If we don't hear from you within seven days, it is understood that you are happy with the service and the outcome of your DVD.
