Our Refund Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, if you pay your wedding package in full, any amount paid over the 50% deposit is refundable in the case of a cancellation, up until 60 days prior to the wedding. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the 50% deposit can be applied towards another date up to 12 months away. 

In the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the wedding, for any reason, up to and including a cancellation on the day of the wedding due to weather, there will be no refund, or partial refund. In the event that King Productions is not able to successfully complete your wedding or wedding reception video coverage due to Clergy, church or synagogue management, or management of the facility where the wedding or reception is taking place, or due to the policy of any of the previous listed parties, or if any of the previous listed parties do not give King Productions enough time to set up and test our equipment at your event, there will be no partial or full refund, since we have already incurred expenses. Contact us for complete details.
